Prayer Ministry

First and foremost, I praise God for His Son Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour and
His Holy Spirit. For without Jesus this ministry becomes meaningless. For without
Holy Spirit our prayers are just powerless, without results.

My own understanding, is that this is a very critical and very important Ministry in the
Church.

For Prayer allows or opens up to intimate communion with the Lord. Ministry or
Church is empty without this connection. Prayer enables us to work in cooperation
with the Holy Spirit as we get involved in the lives of people and communities, across
the nation, around the world.

Ephesians 6:18 “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and
requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s
people”.

1 John 5:14-15 “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask
anything according to His Will, he hears us. And if we know that He hears us,
whatever we ask, we know that we have what we asked of Him”.

Prayer gives us a means of showing compassion toward other believers.

And the list goes on …
So how can we not pray!

Pray with thanksgiving! Pray in the Spirit! Be Faithful in Prayer!
