Reverend Jiare Graduates with Dux Honors from Davuilevu Theological College

In an inspiring milestone, Reverend Jiare Elaise Fonmanu graduated today with a Diploma in Theology from Davuilevu Theological College with honors. Among the numerous accolades, Rev. Fonmanu received several prestigious awards:

Hailed from the village of Hapmak the district of  Itu’tiu, Rotuma, Rev Jiare Fonmanu’s story began in the field of electrical work while serving as lay preacher (Hua’i).  Driven by a profound calling to serve, he embarked on a new path, enrolling at Davuilevu Theological College.

Behind every great achievement lies the unwavering support of loved ones. For Reverend Jiare, his wife, Ohon’ ne Rotu Saverine Fonmanu, has been the pillar of strength throughout his journey. Her encouragement, sacrifice, and constant support have played a crucial role in his success. Alongside Saverine, the support from his family and community has been instrumental. Their collective love, prayers, and belief in his calling have empowered him to pursue his theological studies and excel. This strong foundation of support has enabled Rev. Jiare to reach new heights and serve as a beacon of inspiration for others.

The Methodist Church of Fiji Rotuma Division has been steadfast in support for Reverend Jiare throughout his journey. As Rev Fonmanu steps into his new role, he is committed to serving his community with the same passion and dedication that characterised his journey. His story is a shining example of the power of faith and perseverance.
